Dicke Rippe is a traditional american BBQ restaurant, where people gather and eat diffrent smoked specialties. Low and slow, for couple of days. Our secret procedure gives each of our meats its own perfect taste. Woods like hickory, apple, cherry and german beech make the amazing smoke taste.
